For this position we are looking for someone who rolls up his sleeves and knows how he/she ‘makes a difference’. You are customer and results oriented and creative in finding the right solution. You look beyond the boundaries of your own work and understand what else is happening in the organization.

You have an MBO+ working and thinking level; You have an affinity with working on an ICT Service Desk; You have knowledge of Microsoft Office (2019 and higher), Microsoft Windows and Active Directory; You can work well with service management software (Topdesk is an advantage) and have experience with mobile device management; You are highly analytical and keep asking questions until the customer’s question is clear; You have good communication skills and can tailor your own communication to the customer.

As a service desk employee you have a first-line position and you are happy to help colleagues from the organization. Colleagues can come to you with a wide range of questions ranging from IT-related questions to facility issues. If you cannot solve it for them immediately, you pass the question on to the second-line colleagues and come back to the colleague when you have it. answer. This position offers a lot of variety, with no working day looking the same. You accept notifications and changes, among other things. This is done at the Service Desk, by telephone or by e-mail. The reports are registered in the Topdesk system. You resolve first-line reports yourself and, where possible, also second-line reports.
