Formula 2 driver and Mercedes junior Andrea Kimi Antonelli has completed his first day of testing for the Mercedes team. The young Mercedes talent was allowed to make his first kilometers in an old Mercedes car at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Kimi Antonelli is one of the candidates for the 2025 seat at Mercedes next to George Russell, and has been labeled several times by Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff as an emerging Formula 1 talent. The Italian currently drives for PREMA Racing in Formula 2.

Schumacher’s F1 watches will be auctioned in May, estimated to be worth four million

Eight of Michael Schumacher’s watches from his time in Formula 1 will be auctioned next month, with the collection estimated to fetch a total of around $4 million, according to Motorsport.com. On May 13, in the week leading up to the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, a selection of watches from the personal collection of the seven-time world champion will be offered at an auction in Geneva. The showpiece is a unique Platinum Vagabondage 1, which was a personal gift from his former Ferrari boss Jean Todt and features symbols representing the German’s titles, his helmet design and the Ferrari emblem.
