You will work at the service desk of Erasmus University and help with the rollout of a new system for 33,000 students. With this system they can go through the security verification to gain access to the University’s systems. Together with 2 colleagues, you ensure that the students are properly helped in the evenings and also during the weekend.

you have completed an MBO IT education or already have some experience at an IT service desk; you are customer-oriented, work meticulously and you can communicate well. In addition to Dutch, you also speak good English. You are independent and responsible in your work. You are flexible and can sometimes exchange or take over a shift from a colleague.
This project consists of 2 parts. First you will help install this authenticator from Microsoft or Google. You will then be the point of contact for all students when they request access to this system again. You will receive all notifications by telephone or from the Topdesk system. You will start in this role on April 30 and will first be trained at the service desk during the day (between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM). From May 21 to December 31, you will work from home in a weekday evening shift (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and/or on the weekend (Saturday + Sunday 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, this long shift may also be available). can be split into 2 shifts) All in all, you will work approximately 3 shifts per week.
