you have at least an MBO 3 ICT course; you take the lead in solving matters; you are in possession of a B driving license; you have knowledge of IT management and IT service management; you are solution-oriented.
As an IT support worker, you will help colleagues install their laptops. This is to make the workplace as pleasant as possible. We are looking for someone with a hands-on “can-do” mentality. It is necessary to fill this job
You know how to install peripheral equipment; You solve user problems; You register and handle requests; You repair various hardware; You manage the stock.
