Eindhoven – The police are looking for witnesses to an armed robbery on Monday evening, November 13. It was the second armed robbery at the takeaway restaurant in three days.

Around 7 p.m., a man walked into the restaurant and threatened the employee behind the cash register with a knife. This time the perpetrator was only inside for a few seconds and left the building without any loot. No one was injured during the robbery.

Previous robberies
It is remarkable that the takeaway restaurant was also robbed on Friday evening, November 10. The perpetrator threatened an employee and after grabbing from the cash register he took off again.

On Wednesday evening, November 8, it was also hit in the same street. That evening, a small supermarket was robbed in a similar manner. Around 9:45 p.m., a man walked into the supermarket and threatened the employee at the checkout with a knife and demanded money. In this case, the perpetrator did not take anything and fled the business without completing any business. No one was injured in this either.

Bandage
The police are investigating the incidents and certainly cannot rule out a connection. The description of the suspect was very similar in both cases: man, white, approximately 40 years old, slim build. During all robberies, the suspect wore a dark raincoat with a reflective stripe on the back.
