Eindhoven – The police are looking for witnesses to an armed attack on Friday evening, November 10, at a takeaway restaurant on Bredalaan in Eindhoven.
Around 8:15 p.m., a man walked into the restaurant and threatened the employee behind the cash register with a knife. The man demanded money. After reaching into the cash register, the suspect took off again. No one was injured during the robbery.
Previous robbery
It is remarkable that a similar incident took place on Bredalaan on Wednesday evening, November 8. Around 9:45 p.m., a man walked into a small supermarket and threatened the employee at the checkout with a knife and demanded money. In this case, the perpetrator was unable to take anything and fled the business without completing any business. No one was injured here either.
Bandage
The police are investigating both incidents and certainly cannot rule out a connection. Also because the description of the suspect is very similar in both cases: man, white, approximately 40 years old, slim build. In both cases, the suspect wore a dark raincoat with a reflective stripe on the back.
