Schiedam – On Sunday evening around 9:10 p.m., shots were fired from a car at four people in Daltonstraat. No injuries were reported. A 38-year-old man from Hoogvliet Rotterdam has been arrested and his involvement and role are being investigated. The police are looking for witnesses and have not ruled out more arrests.

Just after 9:10 p.m., the police received a report that shots may have been fired from a black car in Daltonstraat. Fortunately, there were no injuries. When officers arrived, they found no shell casings. Local residents said that there was also a disagreement earlier that day during which a stone was thrown through a window. Whether these two incidents are related is being investigated.
The police immediately started an investigation on Sunday evening and were soon able to arrest a 38-year-old man from Hoogvliet Rotterdam based on a description. His role and involvement in (one of) these incidents is being investigated.
