The victim was just walking downstairs when he heard rumbling at the front door. Just as he steps onto the stairs, an explosive device explodes at his front door. The man is injured, but fortunately not too bad. He is checked in the ambulance, but does not have to go to the hospital. This could have turned out differently and worse.
