Zwartemeer – Several weapons and narcotics were found in a house on De Blokken in Zwartemeer on Monday afternoon. The police searched the house after a red-handed arrest on suspicion of threat.
Around 3:40 pm, the police received a report of a threat to De Blokken. Agents wanted to arrest the 34-year-old suspect from Zwartemeer. Because the man refused all cooperation, officers had to force the door of the house to arrest the man. After the officers entered, they found a number of striking things in the house. Various weapons were found, including ammunition. Officers also found an amount of cash. In addition, hemp buds and bags with, presumably, dried hemp were found.
The arrested suspect has been taken to the station. There he was interrogated. He is suspected of threats and will also be charged with money laundering, illegal possession of weapons and possession of narcotics. The man is still in custody and the investigation is ongoing.
