Breda – This morning, Tuesday, April 9, 2024, a 21-year-old man from Loosdrecht and a 20-year-old Rotterdam resident were arrested, suspected of involvement in the shooting incident in front of a gym on the Druivenstraat in Breda on Tuesday, December 12, 2023. A Polish kickboxer and his sparring partner were shot with several clothes after training when they got into their car. The shooter fled after the shooting and managed to escape. Images show that the shooter got into a rented Toyota Yaris before the shooting incident. After the shooting, he apparently changed clothes and then got into an Opel Corsa.
The police immediately initiated an investigation. This led to two suspects, a 21-year-old man from Loosdrecht and a 20-year-old Rotterdam resident, who were arrested this morning on behalf of the public prosecutor.
