In the Brabant village of Sint Hubert, a truck lost hundreds of crates full of bottles of soft drinks. Because the side flap of the trailer opened, a large part of the load fell onto the street, writes Omroep Brabant.
The accident happened on Pastoor Jacobsstraat, in the middle of Sint Hubert. The truck had delivered a load of soft drinks to a café in the village.
The owner of the café thinks the truck was not closed properly. “And a little further on, the street is quite narrow. So I think he hit a curb and things started to shake back and forth,” he says to Omroep Brabant.
According to the regional broadcaster, local residents helped to clear the road and load the crates back into the truck.
