Arrest

In Opsporing Verzocht and Bureau Noord-Holland at RTV NH, the police showed images and asked the public to think about this case. The police reported on Friday that this resulted in the arrest of a 26-year-old man from The Hague, a 22-year-old man from Delft and a 21-year-old woman from Belgium.

Appointment

The man, who runs a meeting center, had a business meeting with a woman in Egmond aan Zee named Yasmine on the evening of November 11, 2023. But the appointment in Julianastraat turned out differently than he had expected. After the woman let him in around 6:45 p.m., three men were waiting for him.

Under threat of a machine gun, he had to hand over his watch, wallet, telephones and cash. The terrified man was then put in a bag over his head and made to lie on the ground. His arms and legs were tied. The Beverwijker was then held and kicked and beaten for six hours. When he is taken to Delft in his own Mercedes to meet someone in an apartment there, he manages to escape his attackers at Poptahof Noord around 1 a.m.

In the meantime, the investigation into this case continues, the police report. More arrests cannot be ruled out.
