The test coordinator supervises the testing of applications that are new to the organization or that have had an update. Is managing in your DNA? Then come and work at the Rijn & Braassem Business Organization!

What are you going to do?
Is managing in your DNA? Do you also understand the language of internal functional managers, key users, enterprise architects, CISO, but also external partners who manage our ICT infrastructure? Come and work at the Rijn & Braassem Business Organization!
NB! Do you have any other talents? Then you can combine this function with the role of change manager.

You are the link in the field of changes and testing between Functional management, the Policy and Direction Information provision team and our external partners.

As a Test Coordinator you arrange user acceptance tests, you supervise implementations and you can deal with the complexity involved. You give advice on the results and findings.

The big challenge is to bring uniformity in testing within our 5 different domains, and to map out which tooling still to be purchased can best support us in this.

Within the BVO you regularly work together with the Service Desk, the directing functions on the ICT processes, our Solution/Technical and Enterprise Architects, our CISO and the information advisors. As a Test Coordinator you are fully seconded from the municipality of Alphen aan den Rijn to the Operations Organization Rijn en Braassem.

This function lends itself perfectly to be combined with the function of Change manager.
Full-time employability is expected to combine both roles.

We are the Operations Organization Rijn en Braassem (BVO).
Since January 1, 2018, we have been responsible for everything in the field of Information Technology and Automation (I&A) that takes place at our two customers, the municipalities of Alphen aan den Rijn and Kaag en Braassem.

Who are you?
As a person you are independent, accurate and structured. You take initiative and know how to set the right priorities in test issues. You can take others along in your train of thought in a pleasant way.

We also like to see:

  • Demonstrable HBO work & thinking level;
  • Knowledge of I&A processes and their implementation;
  • Work experience with AVG/BIO, Security, ITIL or BiSL;
  • Knowledge of municipal application landscape is an advantage;
  • You are enterprising and dare to take responsible risks.
