ICP Companies is looking for a support employee who likes to roll up their sleeves to ensure that all customers can use our service. You are someone who can keep several balls in the air and handle it when necessary. For example, do you have a background in office management or as a Customer Service Employee, that is an advantage. The Support Employee is “the telephone face” of the company. The ideal support employee is a team player and can communicate well with the technical team for IT malfunctions or with other teams for tasks. You are very service-oriented and always speak to our customers neatly. Even more important; you enjoy your work and would like to stay with us for a long period of time!Within this position you are the spider in the web who:

Contributes to the current processes for improvement Can empathize with the customer and ensure that they are satisfied Can switch well between different tasks. Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing has MBO work and thinking level

ICP’s customers are mainly (large) retailers such as Kruidvat and Jumbo and online parties such as beltegoed.nl. We therefore provide B2B services, where the Support Employee is responsible for effective and customer-friendly support for our customers. He or she solves technical and substantive issues that (online) stores encounter, or forwards them to the right department within the organization. Examples are that Kruidvat opens a new store and we have to ensure that gift cards are also sold in this new store. or we need to find out where things go wrong in the (technical) integration if a gift card cannot be activated. You do not need to know all the ins and outs of the software for this, but you do make sure that you ask the question properly and ensure that the technical team gets to work with it. It is also possible that you only need to make an administrative adjustment in the system. Other daily tasks are:

Contacting customers via telephone or other medium; Receiving, registering (CRM), analyzing and resolving incidents; Incident progress monitoring and notification handling; Active attitude to sales signals; Perform various administrative tasks; Ability to think about process improvements.
