In a cozy pub atmosphere, six teams challenge each other every week in MAX PubQuiz. Presenter Sybrand Niessen is assisted weekly by a well-known bartender, this season these are: Kim-Lian van der Meij, Jörgen Raymann, Babette van Veen, Dave von Raven, Fenna Ramos, Karin Bloemen and rapper Donnie. Pianist Jan Rietman is behind the piano in the special MAX PubQuiz band. MAX PubQuiz can be seen from Friday March 31 at 9.25 pm at MAX on NPO 1.
Six teams consisting of two people compete against each other in MAX PubQuiz. In five rounds of four questions, their knowledge is tested in areas such as music, history, sports and food & drink. The winners of each episode will compete in the final on Friday 19 May for the coveted MAX Pub Quiz Trophy.
