Zoetermeer, De Lier – In the Team West investigation program, images of two boys were shown on Tuesday evening, October 31. These boys are suspected of being involved in two explosions in Zoetermeer. On Friday evening, November 3, one of these boys, a 17-year-old resident of De Lier, reported to the police.
During the night of Monday 16 to Tuesday 17 October, two explosions took place in Zoetermeer. The first explosion, around 11 p.m., in Streefkerkstraat. The second took place around 11:25 PM in Ruivenstraat. Fortunately, no one was injured in these explosions, the homes were damaged by the explosions.

Images of the two suspects have been shown in the Team West investigation program and via social media. Because the two boys are most likely underage, their faces have now been made unrecognizable. The public prosecutor gives them the opportunity to report to the police. If they do not do this, the images will be shown clearly in the next broadcast.
