Woerden – In March this year, a laptop was stolen from the home of a woman in a senior complex in Woerden. The thief was clearly captured by security cameras, and these images were shown in Opsporing Verzocht. This was followed by a crucial tip that led to the identity of the suspect.
The tip included the name of the suspect associated with the theft. This concerns a 50-year-old man with no fixed abode. This suspect was already in custody for another theft from a retirement home in Assen.
