Spanish and French Speaking Tech Support Specialist – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

Our client is the innovator and world leader in bedside and point-of-care ultrasound and an industry leader in ultra-high-frequency micro-ultrasound technology.The Technical Support department is based in Amsterdam, an internationally focused Shared Service Center. For this department, I am looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist fluent in French and Spanish to take on this opportunity.

The successful candidate for the French and Spanish-speaking tech support specialist position has:

A minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in an international setting; Fluency in Spanish and French, any additional EU language would be a plus; experience preferably with electromechanical devices is a plus; A sound electronic and electro-mechanical aptitude coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed; Affinity with computers and applications, including MS Office and preferably Oracle

Some of the tasks covered by the role are:

Provide first-tier support to clients; Provide professional services and technical training to customers; Must make real-time judgment decisions to resolve customer problems under pressure situations; Provide telephone support for specific customers within the ERAF region and EMEA distributors; Prepare detailed reports for each service request using the data management system;

In the Amsterdam-based office of my client whose compact, lightweight systems are expanding the use of ultrasound across the clinical spectrum by cost-effectively bringing high-performance ultrasound to the point of patient care.
