You have strong communication skills and can listen well to others. You can speak to everyone well and are always able to find a suitable solution. You are customer-oriented and like to take responsibility. You are also good at collaboration, but working independently is no problem for you either. You also have the following points:

MBO-4 working and thinking level; demonstrable ICT knowledge; experience with service desk work is an advantage; an ITIL certificate or demonstrable knowledge; good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.

As a service desk employee for KPN at Randstad, you will mainly be concerned with answering, solving and coordinating different types of questions. This can range from simple issues such as disruptions and equipment that does not work to solving more complex issues. In this position you are responsible for your own tickets and it is therefore up to you to process them from A to Z. If you are unable to resolve something, forward the ticket to other departments. Everything to help the end user as best as possible. Broadly speaking, your working days will look like this:

answering telephone, email and chat; registering, resolving or routing tickets; executing Standard Service Requests (SSR); managing solution groups within KPN.

More than 180 ICT professionals work within KPN’s Service Desk department. The Service Desk department is in turn divided into all kinds of smaller departments. In the department in Diemen you will work with approximately 15 colleagues. This creates a lot of fun and a close bond between colleagues.
