Service desk employee – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

You have strong communication skills and can listen well to others. You can speak to everyone well and are always able to find a suitable solution. You are customer-oriented and like to take responsibility. You are also good at collaboration, but working independently is no problem for you either. You also have the following points:

MBO-4 working and thinking level; good basic knowledge of ICT; good knowledge of Windows systems; an ITIL certificate or demonstrable knowledge is an advantage; good command of the Dutch language, spoken and written.

As a service desk employee for KPN Healthcare, you will mainly be concerned with handling, solving and coordinating disruptions. You will also assist end users with questions about their products. The clients you will work for are Laurens, the Siza Foundation, the Zuyderland Medical Center Foundation and Impegno. These customers are all different, which provides extra variety.

answering telephone, email and chat; registering, resolving or routing tickets; executing Standard Service Requests (SSR); managing solution groups within KPN.

More than 200 IT professionals work within KPN’s Service Desk department. They do this with KPN’s 60 largest Corporate customers. The Service Desk department is in turn divided into all kinds of smaller departments. In the Healthcare department you will work with approximately 15 colleagues. This creates a lot of fun and a close bond between colleagues.
