you are accurate, communicatively strong and customer-friendly. You enjoy working in a team, but you work well independently. You are eager to learn and get energy from solving IT problems and helping others. You are stress-resistant and have analytical and problem-solving skills. You also have the following requirements:

completed MBO ICT diploma level 4; work experience as a service desk employee, preferably in a shared service organization; demonstrable experience with Active Directory, Office365 and Windows10 (TopDesk is a bonus); knowledge of ITIL processes.

You are the first point of contact for all IT related problems and questions from your own organization and customer organizations. You speak to the customer professionally and are responsible for accepting, registering, classifying, resolving and monitoring incidents and changes. The first-line reports are often resolved by you or your immediate colleagues. The second or third line report is forwarded to external suppliers. You can divide the activities you may be involved into into a number of work areas, namely – Office automation and the associated user support; – Mobile telephony; – Business applications that your colleagues from Functional Management can turn to. of Incident and Change processes and substantive resolution of 1st line reports. We work together with our direct colleague Process and Service Managers, but also Functional Management of the various business applications.

You will work in an enthusiastic ICT Service Desk team of 12 people, who like to work well together. You not only work for the Municipality of Leiden, but also for the Municipality of Leiderdorp, Oegstgeest, Zoeterwoude and Holland Rijnland.
