Service desk employee – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

You are customer-oriented and you listen well to people. In addition, you are solution-oriented and you think in terms of possibilities. You like to do everything you can to satisfy the customer and provide the right solution. You also already have some experience with ICT systems or you have an affinity with them. You also meet the following requirements:

a completed MBO-4 course; current work experience and/or training within ICT; knowledge of and experience with ITIL; aware of developments in ICT; good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

As a Service Desk employee you are the point of contact for the customer. It’s up to you to fix malfunctions and answer incoming questions. Your working day will consist of handling emails, answering chats and telephone questions. In addition, you keep an eye out for open tickets.

answering phone, mail and chat, registering, resolving or routing tickets; managing and following up on tickets; translating customer demand into a suitable solution; managing solution groups within the KPN chain; execute Standard Service Requests.
