You are customer-oriented and can listen to people well. In addition, you are solution-oriented and think in possibilities. You enjoy working on your own cases and helping KPN customers. You like to do everything you can to satisfy the customer and provide them with the right solution. You also have some experience with ICT systems and the domain of E-recognition appeals to you. You also recognize yourself in the following points:

a completed MBO-4 education; current work experience and/or an education in ICT; knowledge of and experience with ITIL; aware of developments in the field of ICT; good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

As a service desk employee for KPN, you will mainly be involved in accepting, resolving and coordinating disruptions. You will also speak to end users with questions about their products. This can range from simple issues such as disruptions and equipment that does not work to resolving more complex issues. In this role, you are responsible for your own tickets. If you cannot figure something out, you forward the ticket to the second line helpdesk or another department within KPN. In this role, you have a lot of freedom to develop yourself and become an expert in your field. Your working days will look like this:

answering phone calls, emails and chats, registering, resolving or routing tickets; maintaining control and following up on tickets; translating customer queries into a suitable solution; managing resolution groups within the KPN chain; executing Standard Service Requests.
