For KPN in Maastricht we are looking for customer experts to strengthen the 24/7 desk. So do you like to come into contact with people and do you want to delve into the world of KPN? You have strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. You are a good listener and can empathize with the customer. You like to think in solutions and can switch well between different departments. You can also distinguish between main and secondary issues and set priorities. You need all these qualities as a customer expert because you offer optimal service to national and international customers. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following qualities:

minimum MBO-4 work and thinking level; experience at a technical helpdesk or service desk; knowledge of and experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow; willing to work evening and night shifts from home occasionally; good command of the Dutch and English language.

As a customer expert, you are the point of contact for KPN’s business customers. KPN has customers all over the world and they must be able to ask questions day and night. It is then up to you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. Due to your affinity with IT or your completed education, you know exactly how to solve various questions. You are responsible for your own cases and keep control of them yourself. Of course, you are not alone. You have colleagues who can help you, a knowledge base full of information and you consult with other departments if necessary. Everything to help the customer! Your day will look like this in broad terms:

analyzing customer problems and translating them into a suitable solution; managing all parties in complex disruptions; actively communicating with the customer about the progress of the solution.

As a customer expert, you will work at the beautiful KPN location in Maastricht. Within this department of KPN, more than 200 ICT professionals are the point of contact for all reports about the ICT environments of various customers. They do this for the 60 largest Corporate customers of KPN who purchase products from the entire ICT portfolio. You will work in a shift schedule with day, evening and night shifts. So a lot of allowances! Also nice to know is that you can do your evening and night shifts from home.
