In recent weeks there have been a series of attacks with explosives on buildings in the province of Groningen. Saturday morning was the last in the series: around 7.20 am there was an explosion at a business premises on Langestraat in Winschoten. No one was injured. A large investigation team is now investigating the explosions.
The police carried out a forensic investigation in Winschoten this morning. A neighborhood investigation is also underway and the police are trying to secure camera images.
