Senior data management employee – IT job in Netherlands

What are you going to do with us?
Are you ready for a dynamic role in which you, as a senior data management employee at our municipality, are the key to managing crucial data? You will become a point of contact within our team, where you use your expertise to guide and solve complex issues. Every day you coordinate the team together with a colleague, ensuring an efficient division of work. You rely on ownership and the expertise of your colleagues. You ensure that your team operates as one whole and ensures that we improve the quality of our data and our process. You are responsible for accurately processing and checking a variety of data and mutations from various (basic) registrations, including BRP, BRK, BAG, and the Trade Register, with a specific focus on the WOZ registration for the municipalities of Baarn and Eemnes. You are also a BGT administrator and manage the various applications. In addition, you develop reports based on in-depth data analyzes that are invaluable for policy development within our organization.

What do we ask of you?

• You have an HBO working and thinking level in the field of GEO;
• You have at least five years of demonstrable work experience in data management, preferably within a municipal environment;
• You have thorough knowledge of and experience with basic registrations such as WOZ, BGT, BRP, BRK, BAG, and the Trade Register;
• You have excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail;
• Knowledge of and experience with SQL Developer and FME is an advantage;
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What do we offer you?
Depending on education and experience, we offer a suitable salary between €3,558 and €5,247 (scale 10) gross per month (for a 36-hour working week) and good secondary employment conditions according to the Collective Labor Agreement for Municipalities. This way you get an Individual Choice Budget (IKB). This is a freely disposable budget of 17.05% of the gross annual salary. You decide when you want to have this budget (partially) paid out. You can also buy and sell leave. You start with a 1-year contract. Are you functioning well? You will then receive a permanent contract. At the municipality of Baarn we work hybrid: you have the freedom to alternate working from home and working in the office and receive a home work allowance of €3 net per day.
