The police have arrested a second suspect after the shooting at a gas station in Amsterdam on Wednesday.
A second suspect was arrested in a company in the vicinity of the Klimopweg in Amsterdam, the police reported on Thursday. It concerns a 22-year-old Amsterdammer.
The shooting took place on Wednesday around 11.30 am on the grounds of a gas station on IJdoornlaan in Amsterdam. Firearms were fired from two cars. As far as is known, no one was injured.
After a large-scale chase, the police arrested a 21-year-old Amsterdammer in the vicinity of Hulstweg. One of the cars involved was also found there and seized. It is a blue Volkswagen Polo, with damage.
At the location of the shooting at the gas station, the police found several shell casings.
