SAP Support employee – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

You will work as a SAP support employee at an organization in Waddinxveen. This is where both the warehouse and the offices are located. You will answer colleagues’ questions about the SAP system they work in. The organization is a supplier of fruit and vegetables to German supermarkets.

You are a driven, enterprising and communicative colleague. In addition to providing support, you find it a challenge to improve our SAP system.

MBO working and thinking level affinity and/or experience in IT experience with SAP is an advantage you master the Dutch and English language

Your role as SAP support employee is essential for their business processes. You are the first point of contact for questions for help from your colleagues in the use of our ERP system SAP. In this role you work closely with the Functional Manager and the other colleagues of the IT team. Your team consists of three colleagues.

being the source of information for end users (1st line support) participating in drawing up change requests within SAP participating in (change) projects to improve SAP testing the changes implemented in SAP creating work instructions for existing, new and changed processes

You will be working for an organization that is a supplier of fruit and vegetables. They supply to German supermarkets. The organization is located in Waddinxveen. The offices are located above the warehouse. You will help all colleagues with their SAP questions.

25 vacation days a year contract with the organization travel allowance
