Sales Support Officer – IT job vacancy in Netherlands

You will be working as a sales support officer at an IT company. They ensure that everything in the field of IT runs smoothly at companies. With your varied function you support the commercial process of the service that Centric provides. You do this at Centric from the office in Gouda.

As a sales support employee you can quickly switch between different systems. Experience with knowledge of IT infrastructure and management is an advantage.

You have a completed education at MBO level, preferably secretarial or commercial direction. You have good knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, TOPdesk and SharePoint. You are active and independent. You have a good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.

You are the first point of contact for the account managers. You also work a lot with service managers, consultants and architects. You support with:

The preparation of offers. Quotation processes with existing customers. Administrative work of commercial activities. Processing and updating orders and framework contracts.

Organizations can outsource their IT to Centric. They then take care of infrastructure and management (in part).
