The Rotterdam resident reported to the police station on Overkampweg in Dordrecht on Sunday afternoon. The suspect will be brought before the examining magistrate on Wednesday, who will decide whether he will remain in custody longer.

Two men were injured in the shooting on Lusthofstraat in Rotterdam-Kralingen on Friday evening around 8:15 PM. One of them, a 22-year-old man from The Hague, later died in a hospital.
