IJsselstein – On Tuesday, September 12, a violent robbery took place on Omloop West. The police are investigating and are asking witnesses to come forward.
Around 9:30 p.m. the victim, a 29-year-old resident of Utrecht, was walking on Omloop West in the direction of Ruimtevaartlaan. There he encountered two boys who stopped him and demanded money. The victim tried to run away but was grabbed and beaten. They then fled in an unknown direction with loot.
The following description is known of the suspects:
- White skin color, approximately 1.90 meters tall, short light-colored hair and trained build. This suspect was dressed in a black “hoodie”.
- White skin color, about 1.70 meters tall, short dark hair and also wearing a black “hoodie”
