A Dutch member of Satudarah MC was sentenced to six years in prison by the court in Antwerp on Tuesday for a violent robbery in the home of an older and very wealthy Dutch couple in Brasschaat, Belgium. This concerns Nestor K. (43), who lives in Ravels (B). The robbery took place on August 19, 2023, in the Dutch couple’s villa on Wandeleerlei in Brasschaat. The background was a debt about which a lawsuit is ongoing in the Netherlands.
Silencer
The R. couple were surprised around 11.30 am on August 19 when K. jumped in when opening the front door and immediately punched the 81-year-old man in the jaw. He then threatened the man and his 78-year-old wife with a firearm with a silencer.
K. said that he acted on behalf of a certain F. who had a debt owed to the couple’s son. He demanded 11 million euros. When the victims said that such an amount was not in the house, K. asked where the safe was.
When the safe was opened at gunpoint, K. took everything with him, with the exception of the couple’s passports. The loot was a collection of expensive watches and a very small amount of money in dozens of different currencies, from all over the world.
K. was arrested soon after the robbery.
Claim sold
According to the court, camera images and telephone data prove that K. was the perpetrator.
After arrest, K. initially invoked his right to remain silent. He later stated that F. was the client. If he were to manage to get the 11 million euros back, he would be allowed to keep half of this amount for himself. He further stated that he did not use violence.
F. has confirmed that the victims’ son owes him 10.5 million euros and that a lawsuit is pending in the Netherlands. He said that he had sold his claim to K. for 5 million euros and that K. had not yet paid him. F. said he did not know that K. was in possession of a weapon or was going to use a weapon.
