New developments in the case that Rachel Hazes (53) filed against her daughter Roxeanne Hazes and her former confidantes Marieke van Beek and Robert Israël. Rachel had appealed and that hearing was last week.
Party spoke to Rachel Hazes afterwards at the Palace of Justice in Amsterdam, among other things about the absence of her daughter at the hearing. “It’s been over three years since I last saw her.”
When we ask her how she experienced the hearing, Rachel tells us: “It may sound very strange, but I actually have a good feeling about it. I thought that the judge asked clear questions to me and to the opposing party, and also asked questions carefully, such as: ‘Please give a clear answer to the question I am asking.’ I trust that justice will prevail.”
