Job description

Ensuring the right conditions so that your colleagues can do their work as best as possible. You will contribute to that. We will be replacing our 5 largest business applications in the near future. A change that affects all our employees. As an information provision project manager, you are responsible for the implementation of one or more of these applications.

You take care of:

• leading projects at the intersection of business processes, information systems and the IT infrastructure from initiation to implementation;
• a good project approach and project structure;
• monitoring scope, project planning and budget.

You are given the freedom to manage your own time on your projects and to choose your own project approach. You will also work together with 2 fellow project managers and a project supporter.

Job requirements

Leading projects in the field of information provision is your profession. For us, this means that you set the course and actively manage to achieve the result. Working independently is self-evident for you. Your communication skills ensure that you can motivate your project team and communicate at a strategic and executive level.

You also bring the following:

• A completed HBO or WO education.
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the field of information provision in (medium) large organizations.
• Experience with various project management methodologies; Prince2 or IPMA and/or Agile/scrum.

What else can you expect?

• A salary between €4,211 and €5,997 gross per month (scale 11 based on 36 hours per week). Exactly how much you will earn depends on knowledge and experience;
• A job for 32 or 36 hours a week;
• 194.4 holiday hours based on a 36-hour working week;
• An individual choice budget (IKB) of no less than 17.05% of your salary. You can use this for extra vacation days, training, a bicycle or extra salary;
• Hybrid working: both in the unique city hall, which is located directly next to the Zaandam railway station, and from home. Working hours/days can be arranged flexibly;
• You can get part of your travel costs back through a tax exchange. If you travel by public transport you will also receive a net amount;
• A home work allowance of €3 net per day;
• Also well organised: a pension with the ABP, group discount on health insurance and partially paid parental leave, which is arranged in the collective labor agreement.
