What will you do as an implementation project leader information management and development?

Within this position you take colleagues within the organization with you in new developments and / or applications such as the implementation of the Business System or anonymization software. You help them master these concepts, processes and systems. Let them experience this step forward in digitization in a familiar way. You organize processes in such a way that the right people and resources are available at the right times, for example you provide support to the ‘innovative collaboration’ project.

Colleagues make policy in the field of digitization and software to be used. You help in the selection, implementation and application of the supporting technical tools. This also includes the following responsibilities:

  • respond to new or changing legislation and associated policies by translating these into changes in the implementations of the Business System in the organization.
  • introducing and creating support for (possible) developments among users in the field of digitization, information management and case-oriented working.
  • advising colleagues on digitization and case-oriented working. The advice is aimed at getting the organization to work more and more effectively digitally and case-oriented.
  • participate in tender processes of various applications from your expertise in the role of project participant and / or implementation specialist.
  • analyzing processes or process change in relation to relationship management and digitization, advises on this and supports those responsible for an optimal design of the relevant application and the daily continuity of the system for the user.

For the sake of completeness, we add that you carry out these implementation processes together with many colleagues. For example, together with the information specialists of team DIA. They analyze the processes in the teams and advise on the structure and case types. As a driving force, you then organize sessions to create the new ‘way of working’ in the teams involved. You monitor the implementation progress and you are the point of contact for colleagues, management and other stakeholders. You also report to the team leader, the management and/or the board about the consequences of the implementations.
