What are you going to do?
A day as a program support service is never the same. Due to the nature of the work and the different focus areas, the work is very varied and challenging. That is why flexibility and stress resistance are important in this role.

Focus area information provision

  • We find optimal internal services important and you are the first point of contact within Information Management for this. If you have questions about or problems with the use of the various devices such as telephone, laptop, etc., you are the helping hand to help colleagues get back on the right track right away.
  • You are responsible for managing, registering, setting up and issuing devices such as laptops and smartphones. You also provide access badges and e-recognition tools.
  • You are the contact person for our ICT cooperation partner Equalit in situations where facilitating employees requires extra support.

Focus area facility

  • You are project responsible for setting up a working group for, for example, redesigning office spaces, ordering furniture (cabinets, desks, etc.), organizing internal moves and communicating about this to the organization.
  • You make a multi-year maintenance plan for indoor painting work, furniture, loose elements such as counters, TV screens.
  • You make a first attempt to tender for new contracts in the field of mail, office supplies, paper, coffee facilities, cleaning, etc.
  • You check the delivered materials, packing slips and invoices.
  • You are the first point of contact for our internal services for companies and suppliers and you manage current contracts.
  • You are the contact person for partners who rent a space in our building and our network partners who work in our collaboration space.
  • You provide solicited and unsolicited contract managers with relevant information about the performance of suppliers;
  • You can be used for other general activities.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys working with colleagues.

You like to think along and ahead and take initiative. You have strong communication skills and you get satisfaction from unburdening the employees, program coordinator and program manager.

You find it a challenge to help new employees on their first day of work with their new devices, organization account and access means so that they can start quickly and well within the organization.

You feel at home in a dynamic environment, where you can easily switch between different types of interlocutors and topics. You are socially skilled in solving bottlenecks in a customer-oriented way and coordinating information flows. Your fresh look and healthy dose of humor contribute to the connection within the Service-Providing and Engaged Zundert program.

Je features:

  • knowledge of secretarial project or program support at MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • knowledge of office automation (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern presentation and communication tools;
  • preferably knowledge of the municipal organization and/or the project or program organisation, the administrative context, the work processes and the decision-making procedures.

You are available for at least 32 to 36 hours. Depending on education and experience, the salary for this position is a maximum of €3,301 gross per month (amounts are still based on the collective labor agreement 2022 / there is an agreement in principle for a new collective labor agreement as of 02-01-2023) based on a 36 hour work week.

You will also receive an individual choice budget of 17.05% of your salary. You build up this choice budget monthly. You decide how and when you spend your choice budget.

The municipality of Zundert has a modern employment conditions package. This package includes flexible working hours, paid parental leave and the purchase of hours of leave. We also have a homework allowance and a reimbursement of commuting expenses. To keep developing yourself, we have plenty of development and training opportunities within our own Zundert Academy. A good pension provision (ABP) and an employer’s contribution to the costs of health insurance complete the package.
