About the vacancy

As a Privacy Officer you help the organization to handle sensitive information with care. In your role, you stimulate privacy awareness in the organization by connecting what the rules prescribe and how employees carry out their own work. You will work within the Control and Audit team together with, among others, the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the Data Protection Officer. Do you want to commit to protecting the personal data and privacy of our residents and employees? And would you like to support our organization in the event of data leaks? Then please respond!

What you’re going to do

• You provide solicited and unsolicited advice to the board and management on privacy issues.
• You investigate, assess privacy risks and, in consultation with the process owners, draw up Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA’S).
• You coordinate access requests and advise management on this.
• You support and advise in concluding processing agreements.
• You keep the Register of Processing up to date for the process owners.
• You are the deputy Data Protection Officer.

Welcome to the Audit & Control team

The Control & Audit team consists of various functions focused on the framework-setting and monitoring role. The CISO, data protection officer, business controllers and strategic planning and control advisors are part of the team. The team is positioned within the Corporate Affairs unit. This unit focuses on improving the (integral) strength and advice at group level – both for shorter-term issues and for the preparation of developments that will come our way in the medium term.
