Roosendaal – The police are investigating a number of reports in the Visdonk forest area. Several women were allegedly molested there between August 2 and November 5.
This concerns a total of four different incidents. During the incident on August 2, a woman was seriously assaulted. This was not the case in the other cases. The latest incident took place on the night of Saturday 4 to Sunday 5 November. When a woman was harassed on the Zundertseweg around 3 a.m.
October 12 and 26
Furthermore, two women were also harassed in the Rozenvendreef area on October 12 and 26. That happened at the end of the afternoon. It is still unclear from information from the investigation whether it is the same man. That is why the police are looking for people who saw something suspicious in the vicinity of the Visdonk forest area on the previously mentioned dates. Officers and BOAs from the municipality of Roosendaal have already carried out extra surveillance in the area in recent months and will continue to do so.
