Police publish new photo of kidnapped man in Spanbroek



The police released a new photo on Sunday evening of the missing man who was forcibly taken away in Spanbroek (North Holland) on Friday afternoon around 2.20 pm. Police are very concerned about the man’s health.

Two arrests

The victim was kidnapped in a car from the Herenweg in Spanbroek. On Friday night, two men were arrested in Heerhugowaard for possible involvement. Their exact role in the kidnapping is being investigated further. The arrest of the two suspects has not yet led to the identity and whereabouts of the man. The two are in restrictions, which means that they can only have contact with their lawyer.

Socks

According to the police, the man spoke English or German and before he was forcibly taken away, he was standing on his socks at the shopping center/bus stop on Herenweg in Spanbroek around 1.30 pm.

At this time, the police do not yet know who or where the man is now. The investigation team has a new photo of the man, which was released today.
