Helmond – Two men (26 and 42 years old) were injured last night in a stabbing incident in an apartment on Van Diemenstraat in Helmond. One of them was treated in hospital for his injuries. Officers arrested both men on suspicion of involvement in the incident.
Cause
We received a report around 9.40 pm of a stabbing incident between two men on the balustrade of the apartment on Van Diemenstraat. The reason would be an argument. Both men (26 years, 42 years) showed injuries. The 26-year-old man suffered a stab wound to his leg and was taken to hospital for further treatment.
Research
After the incident, the police carried out traces and neighborhood investigations in and around the apartment. Much remains unclear about the cause and exact circumstances. Both men are being held for questioning.
