Casteren – The police are looking for witnesses to a shooting incident in Casteren on Friday, April 5, in the early morning. A 34-year-old man from Veldhoven was slightly injured.
On Friday morning around 6:30 am, the police received a report that shots had been fired on the Ir. Mettropweg in Casteren. Police officers found a slightly injured man at the scene. He was treated for his injuries in hospital.

The on-site investigation has now been completed and the car has been towed away. The police are still conducting additional investigations to determine the exact circumstances and motives.
