At 4:30 p.m., the 19-year-old victim was allegedly shot from a car. He injured his leg. He asked a scooter rider to drop him off at an acquaintance, who then took him to the hospital. The police would like to get in touch with this helpful scooter rider. The police would also like to get in touch with people who witnessed the fight in the street or the shooting.
