Breda – Two women (21 and 23 years old) residing in Tilburg were robbed of their backpacks by two armed perpetrators on Tuesday, November 14, around 4 p.m. on the Teteringsedijk. The bag contained a significant amount of money. The police are looking for witnesses and relevant camera images.
The victims have filed a report. They said that they had come to Breda because they had made an appointment on the Teteringsedijk with a man who could help them find housing. However, at the scene near the back entrance of an apartment, two men suddenly approached them, one with a firearm, the other with a knife. The perpetrators took their backpack and then fled in the direction of Doornboslaan. One of the perpetrators had a light skin color, the other had a dark complexion. Both robbers are estimated to be approximately 20 years old.
