A 54-year-old man from Purmerend saw a man being robbed of his belongings. He decided to run directly after the suspect and stopped him at a certain moment. The man was then punched by the suspect, who managed to escape. After a search, the suspect was not found. The man sustained injuries and was treated in hospital for his injuries. He has reported assault.
