On the night of Friday 17 to Saturday 18 February 2023, a waste container was on fire around 01:30 am. The burning container was in a firebreak behind the Schumannstraat. The fire brigade extinguished the fire. A week earlier, on Thursday evening 9 February, it turned out that a fire had been set at a barn in a house on Schumannstraat shortly before midnight. The residents then managed to extinguish the fire themselves.
Witnesses wanted
Police are investigating both fires. This includes a neighborhood survey. The police are also investigating whether camera images are available.
