  2. Solve occupancy problems on a daily basis so that our counters remain well occupied.
  3. Administrative and secretarial tasks within the KCC staff team

Your role as schedule maker
As a schedule maker, you work a lot with the Civil Affairs team. There, with more than 70 professionals, we ensure that all residents of Haarlemmermeer are helped at the counters of three locations. We think it is very important that our schedule maker has intensive contact with colleagues. That is why it is necessary that you are often present in the workplace. You often work at the Town Hall at the Beukenhorst location in Hoofddorp. But we also think it is important that you are also known at our locations in Nieuwe Vennep and Halfweg. This way you get a complete picture of our services and our colleagues.

Your activities include:

  • Create the six-monthly work schedules together with colleagues from Civil Affairs. You take into account the collective labor agreement, individual wishes and our importance of good service.
  • Receiving sick reports in the morning. If necessary, arrange replacement immediately.

Where are you going to work?
The KCC cluster is the link between residents and the municipal organization. We want to be reachable and accessible to all residents. That is why cooperation with all parts of the official organization is very important.
The KCC employs approximately 140 employees who attach great importance to service and provision of services. KCC has four locations with civil affairs counters, a call center and a team for online services. We pick up signals from society via social media. We provide residents and companies with an answer immediately, or pass their question on to specialists in the organization.

What are you taking with you?
It is important that you have a customer and service-oriented attitude. You have good communication and social skills. You dare to ask questions, can weigh up interests and are aware of your surroundings. You are accurate, with an eye for details. You carry out your work carefully and you dare to make decisions.
You understand that everyone has their own wishes regarding working hours and leave and that there is also a collective interest in solving this together, on a daily basis.
In addition to the above-mentioned competencies, we believe it is important that you:

  • Are useful in learning applications and systems. Prior knowledge of our ‘Planning’ system is an advantage!
  • Can easily separate main from side issues and can act quickly when the situation requires it
