Below you will find a number of (secondary) employment conditions, so that you know what you can count on:

• Our current salary scales (and more) can be found in the municipal collective labor agreement (https://www.caogemeenten.nl/);
• You will receive an employment contract with us for a minimum of 24 hours (part-time) and a maximum of 36 hours (full-time);
• You usually get a temporary contract of 1 year with the prospect of a permanent contract. If it concerns a temporary vacancy, it often involves a minimum 1-year contract;
• You will receive an Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 17.05% of your gross salary that you can spend freely on the available goals, in line with your personal wishes;
• You will receive a company laptop and telephone;
