The energetic pop single has a powerful melody and a strong theme. The song is about the universal fact that everyone has their own baggage. André: “I will be 30 next year, I am now at an age where I have already experienced a lot. Anyone who wants to continue with me will have to accept that I’ve had a whole life already. So, if you want me to be your man, you get me with all the trimmings. This applies to all my relationships: in love, of course, but also in my relationship with fans, press, public and family. This is something I’ve discovered over the past two years and have had to make peace with myself. I can’t undo the past and I’m not proud of everything, but it has made me who I am today. I now feel more powerful than ever and am very proud of this new sound.”

On November 25, André Hazes will perform his own show in Rotterdam Ahoy, where he will play old hits in addition to his new music, and of course songs by André Hazes senior. André Hazes was in Ahoy for the first time in 2017, the concert in November will be his ninth time. He is the youngest solo artist to attract more than 100,000 visitors to the Rotterdam venue. Two ranks are now sold out, other tickets are still for sale via www.andrehazes.com.
