Zoetermeer – The police arrested a minor as a suspect on Tuesday afternoon, April 18. The minor is suspected of being involved in setting the fire at the former office building on Boerhaavelaan.
On Monday afternoon, April 17, a large fire broke out in the former office building on Boerhaavelaan. Two people were injured in the fire. These two people, without a permanent home or place of residence, were rescued from the roof and transported to hospital due to smoke inhalation. Police tracked down the minor through witnesses. The suspect is currently in custody and being questioned. The police are investigating the cause of the fire.
