The police found an active MDMA lab in a shed behind a house in Bosschenhoofd (near Roosendaal) on Thursday evening. The resident, a 39-year-old man, was arrested at the scene. A 40-year-old man from Oudenbosch was arrested as a suspect in Roosendaal.
The drug lab was found on Pastoor van Breugelstraat on Thursday evening. The police discovered the drug lab through investigation by the criminal investigation department.
Thousands of liters of chemicals
A large amount of MDMA was found as a final product in the lab. A large amount of chemical waste was also found. This concerns thousands of liters in large IBC containers.
LFO
Experts from the National Facility Dismantling (LFO) will be on site on Friday for further investigation. The lab is then cleared by a specialized company.
